Justin (he/him) is the Director of Human Resources at Events East. Justin leads and oversees the delivery of all HR administration and services, including the HR team, while guiding the organization and its leaders in the areas of performance management, recruitment, and retention. He provides leadership and support in HR management activities, including policies and standards, recruitment, training and development, labour relations, and internal engagement.
