Jeff (he/him) is the Director of Experience & Event Operations at Scotiabank Centre and the Halifax Convention Centre. He is responsible for ensuring service excellence among our event management and event operations teams, along with strategic planning, budget management, and developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards. Jeff provides overall leadership of event operations, including event management, security, and customer experience at both venues.
